How long does production take?

Each pair is handmade. Production typically takes 5–10 working days before the sandals are shipped.

Can I have my name embroidered on the sandals?

Yes. During the design process, you can personalize your sandals with custom embroidery .

Is a custom-made footbed required?

No. The custom footbed is optional . You can order regular sandals or choose the foam footprint option to receive a personalized footbed.

How does the foam footprint work?

If you select the custom footbed option, we will send you a foam box.

You step into the foam to make a footprint, and then send the box back to us.

Based on this impression, we will create your personal custom-made footbed .

Do you ship internationally?
